NSIP894x series is a two-channel digital isolator with integrated isolated DC-DC power supply. The isolated DC-DC power supply can provide up to 500mW of output power on the on-chip transformer. The feedback PWM signal is sent to the primary side by a digital isolator based on NOVOSENSE capacitance isolation technology. Highly integrated solutions simplify system design and improve reliability. The products are UL1577-qualified for safety, support an isolation voltage of 4500Vrms, and feature improved electromagnetic immunity and low radiation. The data rate of this series of products is as high as 150Mbps, and the common mode transient immunity (CMTI) is as high as 150kV/us. In addition, 5V to 5V,5V to 3.3V,3.3V to 3.3V conversion modes are allowed, and the output voltage can be set through SEL.
